David is the founder of Comfort Commander. He has multiple entrepreneurial endeavors from the HVAC/R business to rental property. He retired in 2020.

Kandace is our office administrator and finance manager. She became a co-owner and CFO in 2023. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and caring for her herd of regeneratively raised cattle.

After managing the company for three successful years, Daniel became the CEO and co-owner of Comfort Commander in 2023. Daniel also serves as a local volunteer fireman and Swift Water Rescue Technician.

Austin is our Service Manager and has been working as part of the Comfort Commander team for 16 years. He became a co-owner and COO in 2023. He enjoys spending time with his growing family.

Austin joined the crew in 2022 with previous experience in HVAC installations. He quickly expanded his skill to the service side of air conditioning as a technician. Austin is consistent with everything he does, works with great diligence and takes joy in improving his knowledge and skill.

We have known Linda for many years and are glad she has joined the crew as a remote dispatcher and customer service rep in 2022. She quickly picked up the challenging role of dispatcher and takes special care of each and every call, technician and job from start to finish. She also makes amazing pumpkin bread!

Christopher is known for always being up for a challenge. When asked how many pushups he can do he promptly responds "One more than you". The young guys definitely put this to the test! Along with that reputation, it is evident he takes a lot of pride in any work he puts his hands to and frequently brings creative ideas to better serve clients in our daily huddles. Christopher joined us in 2023.

Benny joined the crew in 2024 after coming from a career in the automotive industry. He immediately became an integral part of the Comfort Commander crew, and often brings thoughtful solutions to client's challenging needs. He enjoys spending time with his lovely family, playing the guitar and working on his home.

Jose is everyones go to man when needing parts, equipment or materials!! From day one, Jose became family with his contagious smile and can do work ethic.

Josephine is most famous for the amazing meals she lovingly makes for big installation days. It brightens everyone’s day when she shows up to the jobsite. You know she always has something to bring the crew comfort!

Nicholas is always ready to help others. His positive attitude fosters teamwork and boosts morale. He balances thoughtful commitment with fun, which ads a lot of comradery to the team. He joined the crew in 2023.

Tony joined Comfort Commander in 2025, bringing with him a wealth of experience from the automotive industry. His cheerful and outgoing personality makes him a great fit for our team. Outside of work, Tony values family time. His passion for service extends beyond the workplace, as he is always eager to help others and ensure they feel comfortable and cared for in their homes.
